Maserati isn't renowned for fitting in, thus the 2022 Quattroporte stands out in the full-size luxury car market with its brazenness. Competing sedans like the Mercedes-Benz S-class, BMW 7-series, and Audi A8 have greater comfort and convenience amenities, but the Maserati turns up the heat with a trio of turbocharged powertrains meant to entice passionate drivers. The interior of the 2022 Quattroporte is mixed with less expensive plastic components and switchgear that was taken directly from the Chrysler parts catalogue (Maserati is owned by Chrysler's parent company, Stellantis). Soft leather, Ermenegildo Zegna silk, real carbon fibre, genuine wood, and nicely finished metal accents look and feel fantastic. The Quattroporte, an Italian sedan, is priced similarly to the flagship models of the German core luxury brands, but it has a smaller interior than those full-size vehicles and is more comparable to that of mid-size vehicles like the Audi A6, BMW 5-series, and Mercedes-Benz E-class. Although the Executive Rear Seats option includes reclining seats in the rear, it seems that this choice was made just to keep up with German display a range. There isn't enough space for reclining with average-sized people front and back. However, the package does come with a fixed centre console and additional temperature controls, as well as heating and ventilation for the back seats. This creates a DMZ for elbow contact. Given that those who can afford the starting price of the Quattroporte aren't likely to travel light, the trunk may also be roomier.

Infotainment System
